John Loyd is the Principal of BEA Environmental. Over his career, he has provided consulting services related to Municipal Stormwater Permit compliance to over 30 city and county agencies. He has provided source control business inspections and public education and outreach visits to almost 2000 businesses across the Puget Sound region. As a skilled pollution prevention educator, John excels in translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies for businesses. He has a proven track record of helping companies integrate pollution prevention and resource conservation best management practices into their daily operations, overcoming common challenges in the process.

Ramiro Magallanes is an Outreach Coordinator with BEA Environmental. He brings almost 10 years of business outreach experience regarding stormwater pollution prevention, energy conservation, and recycling. He has provided technical assistance and inspections of hundreds of businesses in a variety of industries including food service, building maintenance, automotive, mobile vendors, and hospitality. He educates these vendors about the state-wide water quality regulations that pertain to their work, to bring a uniform approach to these business practices, regardless of where the work is being done. Ramiro is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Sanjuana Rico is an Outreach Coordinator with BEA Environmental. She is originally from northern Arizona, where she received a bachelors of science in environmental engineering.  She moved to Seattle in 2019 with a goal to earn a masters degree in environmental science from Unity College. In both degrees she gained valuable knowledge in many areas including sustainability development, environmental ethics, environmental impact analysis, resource management, and most importantly pollution prevention. Through her academic and profession experiences in the service industry she has gained the expertise need to bring environmental education and technical assistance a wide variety of people. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Sim Nguyen is an Outreach Coordinator with BEA Environmental. She brings with her over a decade of experience in the automotive industry. She played an integral role in business operations and business development in this industry and has a deep understanding of how to responsibly manage dangerous wastes and pollution generated by this industry. In addition to this industry-specific technical understanding, she is a skilled and accomplished community outreach professional and strives to support the businesses she works with. She is fluent in Cambodian and Teochew Min, and proficient in Vietnamese.

Terry Kim is an Outreach Coordinator with BEA Environmental. He has over 8 years of experience in supply chain management, scheduling, and vendor coordination, having worked with companies such as Raytheon and Boeing. Terry specializes in project management, data analysis, and workflow automation, consistently improving operational efficiencies. He holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Operation Management. Additionally, Terry has experience as a restaurant owner and is fluent in both Korean and English.
